I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bar Sinizki, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and well-coordinated, which is impressive considering they’ve only been open for less than two months.

Food Highlights:

Maslo z Synznki (Ham & Cheese Baguette): We started our meal with this dish, and it was absolutely divine. The bread was authentic, fresh, and homemade, while the ham and cheese were impeccable. A drizzle of olive oil added the perfect touch, making it impossible not to finish every last bite.

Trout Rillette Tartin: I didn’t expect this to surpass the ham and cheese baguette, but it certainly held its own. The trout had a unique, light, almost earthy flavor that paired beautifully with the herbs and the thin rye bread. It was a delightful surprise.

Balkan Salad: We took a short break to enjoy the Balkan Salad, which had a delicious Mediterranean vibe. The cheese was rich, and the tomatoes were ripe and fresh. We almost devoured the entire salad until the pierogis arrived.

Potato & Cheese Pierogi: By the time these arrived, I was already on my first glass of wine and nearly full. However, the sight of these pierogis covered in brown butter was too tempting to resist. The caramelized onions and potato filling were authentic and satisfying, so much so that we ended up ordering a second batch along with another glass of wine.

Service and Atmosphere:

A special thanks to Mack, the bartender, who made our evening delightful with excellent explanations and recommendations. The staff was well-trained, focused, and genuinely happy to be there, which added to the overall positive experience. We were told there would be a 20-40 minute wait, but we were seated at the bar within minutes after enjoying a drink at one of the outdoor high tops.

Conclusion:

Bar Sinizki in Atwater Village offers not just great food but also outstanding service. The combination of delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a standout. We will definitely be back. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very fun and cozy new bar and restaurant in Atwater Village - very cool patio open late. An east side LA experience perfect for a casual cocktail or a date. I had the pierogi's and they were awesome!

Super cute spot. Service is great. Wish I lived within walking distance because I would probably come just for a drink, fries and to chat up the people working there because they were so nice! They’re pretty busy around brunch time but it cleared out after 2:30.

Good luck with parking on the weekends.

Love this place, really great food! The burger and bread pudding are incredible! Bar is kind of misleading bc while they do have a great bar & drinks the food is what really shines. Hoping for more seafood in the future & some stuffed olives for a dirty martini ?

Been here a couple times now. Was just here again and felt the need to leave a review as I love this place. Good food, great drinks, lovely service. Recommend the Jambon Beurre sandwich - and if you can't eat meat try the Cheese and Potato Perogies! Cute seating outside and some seating inside and at the bar - honestly you can't go wrong anywhere here. If you like your gin, I do recommend the Golden Hour. Have only been here during lunch and afternoon hours. I'll need to come to try brunch and as well experience dinner times. Parking can be a tad cumbersome but it's not as bad if you don't mind walking a bit.

Can confirm their burger is just as good for brunch as it is for dinner. Pierogis are just incredible. Cocktails are delicious. You might wait a bit for a table but would return for this burger any day.
