This City Market is well stocked and maintained. The only negative is that it is always busy. Besides that it is very large and has everything you need on your grocery list. The staff is very present and helpful.

Worst city market I've ever been to. They always treat me like a thief. Legit stand 1 feet behind me every time I go to self checkout. maybe if y'all had more cashiers id go to a register. Ridiculous.

Pickup is great at this store unless they don't charge you the right price for an item or didn't use a loaded coupon on your order. Only option is to go into the store, stand at the service desk for a long time behind tobacco purchases, money orders, western union, etc. to get the right price adjusted for an item you used the pickup option for to avoid going into the store...almost worth forgetting about being overcharged in light of the convenience.
However, every employee encountered at Pick-up has been great and efficient and seem to go out of their way to make sure you understand all the great things you get from doing Pick-up. Fantastic attitudes that are hard to come by in today's retail world.

Clean. Inviting. great produce and fresh. Big variety of real cheese. Fresh flowers and plants. Starbucks within the store,Western Union, pharmacy and drug store, fresh meat and deli, easy to reach in freezer, and dairy. Plenty of check out and self check out with a cashies standing by to assist. Plenty of handicap parking with stop signs to assist those walking in or out of the store. I believe there is also a drive thru pharmacy pick up.

Today was not a good day at this City Market. I was third in line to checkout. After the cashier rang up her customer, that same cashier had to bag the groceries. This customer refused to bag them herself saying it wasn't her job. I get it. Had I not been required to wait while her four bags of groceries got bagged by the cashier, I would have applauded the woman. I know she was making a point, but it was at the cashiers expense as well as those waiting in line while she stood and watched her groceries get bagged. Apparently City Market management isn't staffing for customer service anymore. I asked a City Market worker (who was walking by) to please get some assistance for our casher, but she said they had no one to bag groceries.

Nicholas the cheese clerk went out of his way to be so kind and helpful when my boyfriend and I were selecting items for a charcuterie board, his smile is contagious and his friendliness was so refreshing! Thanks Nicholas for making our!! 🙂
