Everything was great from the moment we checked in! The room surpassed my expectations and every employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful when necessary. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping to the breakfast staff! The location is great and parking was good too. We didn't use the pool, but it was working when we were there. Would definitely stay here again!!

This has been the best hotel we've stayed at, overall! Great room, price, pool the perfect temp, a hot tub that is actually functioning and hot, clean facility, great variety for breakfast! I will be back!

Stayed 2 nights Feb 2025 for business. Rooms were standard hotel rooms. Front desk was friendly. Decent shower. Bar/restaurant was decent, friendly staff. Breakfast was above average with hot options. Facilities were above average. Not convenient for walking. WiFi was good. Would stay again.

Positive: The breakfast was great. Negative: The beds were hard as a rock and the shower had absolutely no water pressure. The front desk lady was NOT the very friendly.

Room was nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order as well as pop machine issues. We would come back again. Kids enjoyed their time and we loved the beautiful lobby. The receptionist was very helpful and kind when i booked the room.

The breakfast was incredible! Actual bacon that wasn't paper thin, so much variety and higher quality than most hotels in this price range. Excellent, friendly staff. We utilized the pool, hot tub, and even a nice little bar. The next time I come back to Aberdeen I will be staying here. Great job guys!

Fantastic customer service from front desk staff. Rooms clean enough, pool and hot tub are a little shabby but super fun. Tbh kinda feel like I need a shower to wash the room and pool off of me but we had a good time. A lot of breakfast options were available, although the hot options I heard a lot of guests judging. I went with yogurt and fruit so no complaints there. Overall a good place for a good price for a budget friendly overnight trip to Storybook land with 2 little ones.

Outstanding stay at one of the nicer hotels in town. Room was top notch and extremely clean from top to bottom. Huge compliments to the cleaning staff and supervisors. Breakfast was top level as always when we stay here. Couldn't ask for anything better. True all around great place to stay.

We have stayed here before and it was great, but this time was very different. Everything in the room felt damp and smelled lightly of mold. Beds were comfy though. Breakfast was fantastic.

I arrived and the tub was filthy. There was dirty soap scum filled with pubic hair from the previous person that was there. The shower curtain was staged as if it was cleaned but obviously it wasn’t cleaned well. I let the front desk know so that housekeeping could try again. Housekeeping came and swept the floor, made my bed, and left a pub infested tub for me to look at. I let the front desk know again and they said they would have housekeeping there to try again the next day. Well, that doesn’t help me take a shower that night so I asked if I can have it cleaned now. I was handed a sad excuse for a wash cloth and Lysol disinfectant aerosol can. Besides the fact that now I’m cleaning my restroom for Wyndham, disinfectant is not a cleaner…it’s a disinfectant. I let them know that and they handed me an unopened bottle of cleaner without the spray nozzle. I couldn’t have a spray nozzle because they were in other cleaning bottles. So, I asked for some gloves since now I need to turn the tub into a makeshift bucket to make my own cleaning solution. Eventually, after a lot of scrubbing and using my hands to cup water to rinse the shower walls because the shower head doesn’t reach, I’m done; to the best of my ability. Second, why do your “upgraded” rooms not have a desk to use? There’s a couch, a single small chair, and a small coffee table. How can I use my laptop? Using a coffee table sized for a child with now outlets around doesn’t work all that well. Even Motel 6, and the others like it, at least have a desk and suitable chair. Needless to say, I’ll never come back to this place again.
