Pulled up with one car at the window. The employee and customer were talking and laughing very loudly. After about five mins, the customer gets her drink, and they continue talking and laughing very loudly. Another car pulls up behind me, so I can't back up and leave. About ten mins later the employee pokes her head out and looks at my car. They both continue talking and laughing loudly. Another five mins later the car finally leaves. I just continue forward and the employee yells, "hello!" I did not want to give anymore of my time, and of course not any of my money to this place.

used to be good, quality of the products have massively dropped.
from hard/crunchy and moldy tasting bagels to the whip cream having either powder or just not mixed well. i really only recemend the energy drinks or hot coffee without the whip.

but the service of the employees are great. +A tier!

Everytime I order from doordash something is "out of stock" they don't offer an option to change it. I understand food being out of stock. But a caramel macchiato and a chai out of stock? This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions.

My Fiance and I came by looking forward to a nice hot cappuccino on a cold day . I’ve always been fond of Cafe Elite at every location and wanted to share the joy with him . This was how much cappuccino compared to FOAM there was . We turned back around to let the barista know and she said that’s what your ordered and that’s what it is, half milk/foam . Totally dismissed the point ! Just disappointing and unsatisfied .

love this place , everything is delicious. the staff has customer service perfected. the ladies in the morning make me delicious coffee everytime ! I give them a idea of what I want and they create me perfect yummy coffee plus they are sweet and friendly , you feel comfortable instantly. I've been in customer service over 45 years and these ladies are superb. most likely not getting paid enough , give them a raise!!!!!

I used to enjoy the smoothies here but the last five times I’ve gone they are made wrong. I could tell before even drinking it that it was made wrong because the color wasn’t right. After tasting the smoothie it further confirmed that it was made wrong as it has almost no flavor. This is extremely disappointing as I said before all the other times I’ve gone they’ve been made right. After I first noticed that the smoothies were not made right I would ask for extra flavoring which you get charged extra for. This is extremely aggravating simply because they should already be made that way to begin with. The place is already overpriced, so I just don’t go back to this location and have honestly been turned off to going to any other location.
