I am a huge fan of Charleys, however this was my worse experience having a bad attendant attitude and the worse part an infection just minutes after eating! Which means , they had a lack of sanitary conditions.

Maria was very nasty attitude horrible customer service I can’t order a simple Philly steak without her attitude she ask me what I’m here to order for after I gave my order she had a smart attitude keep running her mouth at me after I told her I don’t have time to fuss while getting my meal 🥘

Food was trash. I felt like I was eating a water sandwich. The onions had no taste, nothing did. It tasted like everything had been soaked in water. The most flavor I got from my order was the ketchup packets for the fries. I wouldn’t dare go back.

So I normally love eating here but the last 4 times I have tried to order, I have had employees roll their eyes at me, when I tell them I have deadly food allergies and the grill need to be cleaned before my food is made. I have just stop ordering food here. One employee said ‘I bet you really don’t have food allergies. You’re just being difficult. I carry an epi-pen for and medical alert bracelet. So I just walked away, I can’t deal with rude people. Will not be going back to Charley’s ever again.

What is actually wrong with this place. Workers are rude, food is WAY overpriced for the portions. And to top it all off IT GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. Could literally not be worse. Shut it down

Tried to pick up a door dash order. 7 minutes after the order was supposed to be completed they finally acknowledged me. Told me that they didn’t have my order. I had to wait through door dash’s customer service to get my money back. Staff cannot handle the workload at this location.
