My order was through doordash, the picture vs what was delivered was not the same. When contacted they said last minute pricing was applied that was not disclosed when ordering.
Just get something from a grocery store, the gift recipient will be happier. Pictured is what they consider over 60 dollars worth of flowers (not including doordash expenses) and their claim they "upgraded" my order.

Not happy at all! They should be embarrassed to give what they gave me to anyone! What I got vs what I ordered. My son made 21. I paid extra for the numbers and they gave him an upside down 5. Terrible! Looks cheap, careless and down right effortless.

Such a let down. I have used this over priced company many times. My last experience makes me wonder. I ordered an expensive Carmel Dipped Basket delivery for a family death. I happen to be at my in laws to recieve the basket. It was not what I ordered. It looked like it went through a war prior to arrival and was a small basic basket no apples. I filed an on line complaint asking for some money back and they said the New London office would be contacting me. They never did. How do I even know if they have ever delivered what I have paid for in the past? Sorry won't be using your company again. And judging by the other reviews I'm not alone.

I just received moldy grapes & super tart old looking pineapple. They also didn’t bring the balloon for my daughter. Would not recommend.

Update: called the store and they wanted to come to my house for “proof”. They also wanted me to text them a picture of it to their personal cell phone number which I didn’t feel comfortable doing. Very disappointed.

It was nice that the order came the same day. However, they forgot to bring the Happy Birthday balloon, and the happy birthday insert in the flowers. All which I paid for. I called back, no later than 30 minutes after them delivering . They picked up, and I let them know what was missing. They said once the driver gets back, they'll come back out to bring the balloon. That did not happen, so didn't receive the balloon I paid for, or a refund.

After spending an unexpected extended stay at the hospital for the birth of our child I placed an order as soon as I got home. The delivery of chocolate covered strawberries, a bouquet and a card arrived WITHIN THE HOUR. This may be the fasted delivery I have had in A LONG TIME and I greatly appreciate it. The product did look as it was advertised but of course my wife loved the card the most because she is very sentimental. Thank you to the owners/delivery driver of this location.

I had such a great experience with these guys. The ordering process was simple, fast, and efficient. But the delivery driver, I think his name was Don? Exceptional. My cousin said he was so friendly and that he made her whole day. Those who are the ones handling the giving of a gift like this with such care and a friendly demeanor, make the whole experience worth it. I will definitely order again from this store!!

I feel so bad for my mother-in-law. She spent $100 yesterday on Easter on a basket and it was awful. She showed up yesterday for Easter lunch and was completely embarrassed and devastated with the basket they delivered.
The fruit was wet, clearly they didn’t transport it properly. The chocolate was melting. The fruit had fallen off the skewers. They put everything in $1.25 basket from the dollar store, baskets was tipping over. They could’ve at least peeled the sticker off and they had the audacity to charge her $100 for this basket it wasn’t even worth the $10 in fruit they put into it. I felt so bad for her. Buyer beware and not get anything delivered from this locations.
Since people usually order these things online and deliver them as gifts, you don’t get to see what you order but my mother-in-law sure did and she disgusted for the 100 she spent and they sent what they did.

I ordered a Mother’s Day fruit basket to be delivered on Sunday. Edible arrangements said it was delivered, but my mom did not receive the basket. I called on Monday, and first man kindly said they would send another basket. The delivery driver, on the other hand, was gaslighting me, saying he delivered it on Sunday even though my mom never received it. Maybe he ate it in his car. Unacceptable customer service for a $100 fruit basket.
