My husband and I have come to this restaurant a couple of times and have enjoyed the food, but have noticed a couple of things. They charged me around $2 for a super small cup of cheese. Today we ordered a set of tacos and got ONE small salsa for the whole order. The prices are fine, but when you charge extra for super small things or don’t give enough salsas for 3 tacos, that’s where I don’t understand the higher prices in food.

Atmosphere was popping... live music, people laughing and dancing and full of great energy. Food was fantastic and gorgeous presentation. Went on a Friday night with my wife and just sat at the bar. It's a little small in there, but we only waited maybe 5 minutes for a seat. We got the barbacoa torta with pickled onions and it was beautiful and absolutely delicious 😋 🤩
We also had jalapeño lime margaritas and then we ordered jalapeño pineapple mezcal. Fantastic! We'll absolutely go again. 💯

So good we went again for lunch!!!
The rib eye steak tacos 🌮 were absolutely delicious 😋
Awesome experience and we will be loyal customers. Definitely a place to bring family and friends

Really nice place with a cool atmosphere. You can tell the staff is really trying and makes you feel very welcome. I do think the portions are a little small, but everything tasted very good.

I’ve been here twice; once with a friend for a late lunch right after they opened, and once with my husband. I got the cowboy tacos with my friend and a NY Strip dinner when I went with my husband a few weeks later. Both times, the service was excellent; even better the second time with additional staff clearing plates and ensuring our needs were met. Margaritas were really good and tasted like they were made from scratch. My husband got a Poloma and a Pina colada, the latter was exceptionally smooth and no chunks of ice, great flavor and a cherry on top. Both times the food was excellent. Upscale authentic Mexican steakhouse is a really accurate description, but I will say although it is upscale, they had a range of menu items that would fit different budgets. The cowboy taco meal was $12 and plenty of food. The NY strip dinner was also a plentiful meal at $36 with potatoes, salad, and rice, with incredibly tender meat cooked to order (and accurately done so). We got two appetizers, quesabirria and guacamole, both really good. My husband normally doesn’t like guac bc he thinks it doesn’t taste like anything, but this was so fresh and flavorful it changed his mind. Everything was exceptional and this addition is honestly almost too good for Manhattan. It was busy and I hope it continues because they deserve it. The decor and atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. It’s clean and we loved the choices for flatware and place settings. Fridays they have live music, and though there wasn’t live music on Saturday, it was still a great experience. We’ll be back and probably really soon. Thanks Flor de Fuego for taking a chance on Manhattan. We hope the people don’t disappoint because your cuisine sure doesn’t! 10/10 highly recommend

The atmosphere and menu seem great. We came in one hour prior to close and felt very rushed out to the point the bar stools were being put up. As soon as we got to our vehicle we saw our servers rushing to their cars to leave (it wasn’t even the posted closing time).

The meats were very dry and the margaritas were over sweet.

I do hope they improve as they are new and overall seem kind, but rushing people out on a Friday night with subpar food won’t do it.
