We recently tried Harrison’s in Clinton for the first time, even though we’ve lived in the area for over 25 years. Overall, it was a solid experience.

Service: Absolutely 5 stars. Our server, Rebecca, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She really made the visit pleasant.

Food: Good, though not necessarily remarkable. I had the fish and chips (whitefish), which was tasty and well-prepared, and my wife had the shrimp and chicken pasta, which she enjoyed, but it wasn’t quite memorable. Portions were generous, and the food came out very quickly.

Atmosphere: Comfortable and welcoming, a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Overall, Harrison’s delivered solid food, fantastic service, and a good dining experience. While we’re not in a huge hurry to rush back, we’d say it’s a reliable option in town and worth a try if you haven’t been.

I stayed in the hotel across the way for a work trip and didn’t want to drive and get food so i looked up restaurants near by and looked at reviews and i saw multiple praising the ribs and cilantro lime chicken so i decided to give it a shot as a guy from Texas i love my BBQ… when the guy said “Top 3 favorite ribs” i can see why! I was literally pulling the bones out of the meat! And the sweet hint of apple in the tacky bbq sauce and ribs 🤤 then i finished off with the cheesecake topped with caramel sauce! Apparently its pecan crust?! Amazing! Delicious! So good i came back the next night for that cilantro lime chicken and chocolate cake.. 4/5 on the chicken, wasn’t enough cilantro or lime on it but it was still delicious and my drink never went empty! I told my wife we’re coming back to Tennessee together just to eat here again. Too bad there isn’t one in Texas 🫠😩

We were saying at the hotel next door so we decided to give this place a try. The service was outstanding and our server was very sweet and friendly. We ordered the potato skins as an appetizer and it was great. It’s topped with plenty of bacon. We ordered food for our 3 kids off the kids menu and their food was good as well. My wife and I shared the cheeseburger and wings combo and thought it was delicious but was a bit on the salty side. The sauces for the wings comes on the side so I ordered the sriracha ranch (it was ok) and my wife got the hot buffalo. Cant forget about the hot fresh rolls they bring out 😋
My wife ordered the ice pick cocktail and we were warned upfront that it was going to be on the strong side and boy it was strong lol. I ordered a beer off of their local draft menu which didn’t disappoint.
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area again!!!

Stopped in because we were staying across the street at a hotel and we were just tired of fast food. The entire family tried something different and everything was really good. I also splurged and got the Coconut Pie which was tasty. Overall, it was a little pricey but significantly better than fast food.

When traveling, I seek out local flavor. Harrison’s was recommended to me by the folks who live up the road in Rocky Top (formerly Lake City). I walked over from the hotel and had a fantastic supper. I could not resist the idea of Cilantro Lime Chicken with rice pilaf, though I substituted broccoli for the green beans paired with the meal on the menu. It was fantastic. The rice and broccoli were fantastic. While my taste would have loved more cilantro on the chicken it was cooked well and the lime flavor came through. I am NOT complaining, as it was delicious.

Service by Trevor was at his pace, but he was very friendly and I noticed that he made sure to time and talk with his customers and not at them. So I adjusted my fast food expectations and found that the service was perfect. They kept things moving. There were always refills, bread, and butter. I just had to relax and enjoy the ride, which is why you come to a place like Harrison’s anyway. Music was also a song-a-long mix of hits from multiple decades and really added to the atmosphere.

I was so glad I ordered water and could justify the coconut cream pie order for dessert. It was every bit as good as Trevor said it would be.

In short, after being long, Trevor’s is the kind of place that if you go in being in a hurry and looking for something to be unhappy about you will likely find it. However, if you relax into the eclectic decor from as many decades as the music and just enjoy the evening, you will find the delight that is missing from most modern establishments. I highly recommend enjoying a meal at Harrison’s. Make it a destination for its own sake and relax.

What a nice place to find. Just off I-75. Easy freeway access. Great food and great prices. Friendly staff. Their hostess opened the door for us both arriving and departing. They all had wonderful manners and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
The food was very flavorful. The bacon gravy was yummy!The grilled chicken BLT was wonderful! My husband really enjoyed the special of lime chicken cilantro.

Harrison’s Grill & Bar never disappoints! The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot for lunch, dinner, or a casual night out.

If you haven’t tried the grilled chicken, you’re missing out — it’s hands down the best around! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and consistently delicious every time we visit.

A solid go-to in the area for great food, great people, and great service. Highly recommend!
