We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bristol, Va. to celebrate our daughter's graduation! The hotel and our room were very clean and the hotel has a beautiful lobby with plenty of outdoor and indoor space to relax. We love that they are pet friendly and brought our pup with us. The rooms were quiet and could not hear any outside noise plus the beds were very comfortable. The entire staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there are restaurants around as Cracker Barrel is right outside the back door though the hotel does have a restaurant also.
It is located right off the interstate and very convenient and a beautiful area. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Nice facility. Be aware of booking online, though. We thought we were booking direct through hilton, but our call was redirected to Expedia. Therefore, we were charged $308 instead of approx $200. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice.

Very disappointed! We've stayed at other Hilton Garden Inn properties and been satisfied for the price. Room is clean and meets expectations.

When trying to access guest services on room phone it was an endless loop and was unable to reach anyone. My husband went to front desk to get help with television in room. The individual was unable to fix the problem and rudely left when we asked for a discount since we could not access CBS, NBC, ABC or CNN.

Average Hilton Garden. Pet leave was not acknowledged or welcomed as a Diamond member. Treadmill and elliptical in gym are garbage which was disappointing. Pool was heated and comfortable which was nice. Didn’t use the restaurant. Cracker Barrel is an easy walk next door and many other convenient restaurants at that I-81 interchange. Noon check out was helpful for working. Room was on front side and thankfully very little road noise. Everything else was simply average. Room was nice clean comfortable safe and quiet which is always most important to me.
