Sold me a broken vape and won’t replace it or give me my money back. The picture is what it looked like when I opened it. Juice everywhere and leaking and it sizzled when you hit it. This place is a scam and we will not be back.

Jimmy is the most compassionate, kind, and generally knowledgeable and resourceful tobacco shop owner I've ever met. He is especially cognizant of people who are just having a bad day. If I could give 5 extra stars I would. Also a great selection of cigars.

Baby compassionate to you but he took a picture of me and he was mean I said I would like a bag and he said you would like a bag and I said yes and then when I was asking him questions about prices he seemed like he had a problem and maybe cuz it's a different race and it said to say I'm black and then when another guy came in there and bought two tobacco things he told him would you like a bag but see with me I wasn't bad tobacco so now this man has a picture of me and he lied he came face to me and said he was on tik Tok if he's on tik Tok he wouldn't have came towards me that is an uncomfortable situation and that was my first time in there and a very bad experience but before the tobacco shop needs to be where they sell t-shirts and lottery animal different race from you all very uncomfortable knowing that someone has a picture of me that I don't know

Great shop. Very friendly staff. I go in often and they always satisfy my needs. Great selection on mods, dab pens, and tanks, bowls, bongs etc. great prices. They have CBD vape oil which is perfect because I can’t find it anywhere, I work a high stress job.

Great blunt selection, decent glass piece selection. I wouldn't go there for larger pieces such as a big bong but they're a great store for anything smoke related. The salespeople are also very polite and helpful.

A pretty nice store; almost a throwback to a 60's head shop. I'm 65 and grew up in the head shop era.
I went in looking for some rolling papers. The salesperson was polite and showed me all the options. I don't know if their prices are competitive as I don't normally shop for rolling papers.
I can't comment on the prices for tobacco products as I don't smoke regular tobacco.
As for the poster who complained about the owner/manager/employee smoking in the store; the Illinois Department of Health website says smoking is permitted for "Retail tobacco stores that derive more than 80 percent of its gross revenue from the sale of tobacco products and do not have a liquor, food or restaurant license"; this store probably qualifies.
I would shop here again.
