One of my top 3 restaurants in Salamanca (and all three are not on the capital but in villages a fair drive away.)
Everything here is outstanding. Try tender beef cooked the traditional way over coals in the brick oven "a la brasa". The goat stew is a triumph. Book well ahead.

Excellent service and great food. The seafood was cooked that you can taste the freshness and the pork was cooked perfect that melt in the mouth. Not to be missed when you visit or pass by this small town.

We visited Mirasierra with a group of 37 friends in early June 2025. We were celebrating a 46 year school reunion and gathered in Spain from all parts of the world. We had booked at the restaurant for a set 3 course menu, and I cannot commend them enough for the magnificent experience that they allowed us to have. From the greeting at our arrival, through the very tasty typical Spanish dishes, accompanied by the wines from the region, the impecable service for such a large group, the love that was invested by the staff in giving us all the information about the dishes that were served and their preparation, the view of the magnificent landscape below, everything met and exceeded our expectations by far. A BIG THANKS to Antonio and all the staff at Mirasierra, it was great, and we will recommend you to everyone that is considering visiting the region.

If you’re looking for lunch or dinner with a view, this is the place to go. It has had Michelin star since they year 2007 to date. It serves typical Castilian food and if you’re a red meat lover, this is the place for you. The service was great and the atmosphere very pleasant.

We stopped here for lunch on a family trip.
The patatas meneas and croquetas were great, but the star of the show, for me was the meat! It was so good that I still feel bad for leaving a lit bit left in the plate.
The portions of meat are big and it is all cooked to perfection. It's so good, you almost don't need any side dishes.
It is a bit more in the expensive side, but we'll worth the magnificent meal.
I will most definitely be coming back at some point, and have already started talking about it to friends and family.

Stopped here in passing for lunch. Menu of the day was €19 and well worth it. We had the gazpacho and "patatas mareás" as starters and both of us chose pluma for our main meal. The meat was done to perfection, it just melted in your mouth. For desert we chose rice pidding and the egg and mascarpone flan. Both outstanding. Drinks are not included in the price but bread is. We were offered a round of home made shots which were quite strong when we finished the meal. A bit more expensive than what we are used to paying for a "menu del día" but well worth it.
