We started with an incredible lunch at The Kitchen then headed next door to Priest Ranch for their “Wine and Bacon Experience”—truly one of the best tastings we've ever had! This unique pairing takes wine tasting to a new level, featuring limited-production red wines perfectly matched with four different flavors of pork belly-style bacon (yes, even better than regular bacon!). Our flavors for August 2024 were: Mango & Mustard, Coffee & Maple, Guajillo Chili and Mediterranean Dry Rub. Each flavor was perfectly crafted to complement the wines, enhancing the tasting experience in such a memorable way. The service was outstanding, and the wine selections were spot on. If you’re looking for an unforgettable wine tasting, this is it. Book it—you won’t regret it!

We were thinking about last minute wine tasting and couldn't find the right slot. But Jose accommodated us for a Wine splash. We loved the ambiance and how friendly the staff was. We will definitely come here next time for a full wine tasting experience.

It’s very hard to pick tastings out of over 500 wineries around the area. Priest Ranch caught our eye because of their interesting parings. We chose bacon one. But we’re pleasantly surprised that they were pork belly pieces and not bacon. They were delicious! The charcuterie board was delicious also. The wines were outstanding. And our host, Francisco, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and attentive. We felt very special because of him! Thank you, Francisco! We would recommend this winery/tasting room to our friends when they visit your valley.

Priest Ranch Bacon and wine pairing is an amazing an uniquely awesome experience.
Great wine and pork belly bacon paired nicely and was delicious. The hospitality was also top notch. Following the tasting we had lunch at the kitchen and enjoyed great food for a reasonable price in the valley.
Highly recommend next time you are in the area.

Amazing! Ingrid was an exceptionally talented, experienced, and knowledgeable host. Everyone's taste buds are different, so I will just say the wines were great. The showstopper is the bacon pairing, though!! Delicious! I highly recommend this establishment. I especially like that they offer their membership and/or purchase and ship options but are not pushy at all. I can't wait for the owners restaurant adjacent to the tasting room to open! Oh, they have a vegan option for pairing with the wines if you are so inclined.

Priest Ranch tasting room was our very first stop on our Napa Valley honeymoon, and therefore our first taste of Napa wine. This was hands down our favorite stop on our week-long trip. We came to the valley to learn more about wine and expand our palate, and started off with the bacon (pork belly!) and wine pairing. This was absolutely incredible. The red wines alone were amazing, and the different seasonings on the bacon complemented the wine so well. Our guide, Francisco, was excellent. He made us feel so special, well informed, and was extremely personable. We left Napa with 10 bottles of wine to ship home, 5 of them coming from Priest Ranch! We absolutely loved the Double Barrel and Block 71 Sauvignon Blanc. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We first discovered Priest Ranch a number of years ago when we stayed across the street at the Villagio Hotel. We really enjoyed the experience there - the small winery feel, the delicious wines and the friendly welcome of the staff. We ordered a few wines to ship home and fell in love - we became members and now have a steady supply of wine coming to the house. Fast forward 5 years and we made another trip to the tasting room yesterday for the bacon and wine pairing experience. Again, we were welcomed like family by Melissa and Jose. They made us feel so welcomed and treated us like VIPs. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, the wine is our absolute favorite (period!) and the bacon and wine experience was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. After heading out for some dinner, we even found ourselves back there for a pottery event - where my wife left with a couple of beautiful custom made bowls. We are here for a week - we'll definitely be back again before we head home to NC.
