Havari offers rudeness and aggression. However, Caesar, Nelvie were "POLITE n offered HOSPITALITY!! I would've given 1 star, but Caesar changed my mind.
Update:
Had a different dish of food, their salsa is still terrific and the service wasn't too bad. However the fried ice cream was tooo chewy. But the presentation was amazing.

Wow, just wow. Friendly, clean, relatively quiet. Did I mention clean? Fantastic food. A real Margarita. No more than one for the driver. The Beef tip flautas were excellent as was the frozen house Margarita. Great chips and salsa too. Easy, plentiful parking. Don't come in a hurry. This is a place to relax and enjoy life. I only give the atmosphere 4 stars because, for me, it is almost too clean and too English. I can only hear my kind of Mexican music coming from the kitchen. When you come here get the house Margarita SMALL. THEN look at the menu. You will not be disappointed

My first visit: a very busy Thursday night. A 15-minute wait, which was reasonable. Service was really slow. Chips and salsa (REALLY GREAT SALSA) showed up quickly, but it was almost 15 minutes after that when a waiter approached to order drinks (or even water). And another 10 before he brought them. To be clear, I'm not suggesting anyone was slacking off... they had a full house, for sure. But other than the dry mouth caused by the irresistible chips, I generally don't mind waiting. The food was excellent, which is why they're always packed. I recommend this place, but bring your patience.

Wings were fine, no seasoning but came with sauce. Chicken chimichanga ok. Just chicken. Totally average.
Update: Wings with mango habanero sauce, Street Tacos with roasted jalapenos and onions, and pollo gratinado. Everything was very good. I got one each street taco: Chicken, steak and pork. Pork was the most moist. Chicken number 2 and steak, just dry. Wouldn't order that steak again. Great lunch overall and service was good.
