06/4/25 This was my first time I ordered from this place and my LAST time. I ordered a shrimp platter and shrimp etoufee , the shrimp platter was good however the shrimp taste a little overcooked but I will give it a 7 out of 10. The shrimp etoufee is the problem, it was wrapped in foil and I didn’t like the taste of it so I decided that I was just going to grab the shrimps which was located at the bottom of the bowl, as I’m eating the shrimps , I notice something and that something was a dead Roach in my food. I called the restaurant and the manager I assume was no help at all. DO NOT EAT FROM THERE.

I have loved this place for a very long time. I go there alot with my friends. We all pay our check by credit card or debit card. Never been when someone pd by cash until today. My friend was to get to get $ 11.89 back. When they gave her the change she only got 11.00 back. She left a very good tip and ask the waitress for her .89 since that is the change she was to get back. The waitress went and spoke to the owner and he said he does give the change (cents) back. We told them that was illegal and he could not keep her change. The waitress came to the table and said she had all but .20 from her purse. My friend told her to forget it, but as much as I loved the food here, it is the principal that if you paid your meal, and left a good tip, you are entitled to what is to be yours. No signs were posted that keep the cent change.

Need more waiters for sure. Waited almost 30 minutes just for chicken tenders and they were not fried enough. Bread was soggy. First order was garlic pasta with chicken but was told, (10 minutes later) that it wasn't on the menu. Remove items no longer offered please. Waitress was nice so no fault of hers that the menu wasn't right. Pretty sure I'm not going back.

So, hands down, it is an amazing place to get crawfish. They are doing a special where you get 5 pounds for $30. I ate every bit of mine. My only issue was that they took forever to seat us. It's just hard to keep a 3 year old entertained when there is no seating while waiting. When we were seated, food came out within 45 minutes of us ordering it. Had to keep asking the waitress for refills when we were clearly empty and even taking it to the drink station. They did look understaffed and busy, so it is what it is. This is just my honest review of the place. I'll still go back and order. I just will make it for takeout.

Don't pass this restaurant without having the pleasure to meet Tara. She has a vibrant bubbly attitude giving rainbows and butterflies. This is the place for good crawfish, the seasoning is here before you get here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill. I will definitely be coming back.

I feel like this restaurant has gotten so much better in this last two years. The flavor of the spicy house special with snow crab and crawfish ARE DELICIOUS! the menu looks updated, more options; but we only get the boils. So happy we don’t have to drive to Houston to get our crawfish fix anymore

Tara is the star of this restaurant. She is energetic, happy, bubbly, attentive and over all has the best personality. She made sure our drinks were full and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. This meal was much needed after being at MD Anderson and being exhausted all day. Tara made my day and our dining experience here 1000% better. Hope the redbull helped her keep her energy at 100% for the rest of the evening. If you stop to eat here and there is more than 1 waitress ask for Tara!
