I rented a ramp trailer to move my trike. The store was busy, yet the 2 ladies were quick to help all the customers.
Cassi got me checked in, hooked up and on the road in about 15 minutes. She was amazing and had a permanent smile and great attitude.

The staff there were great. I own my own box truck. I had a job that I need done in one day or I'd be charged. So after I loaded my truck I went to uhaul to save time by not unloading my truck. When I got in the truck, nothing unusual. 5 minutes later a bell came on similar to not having your seat belt on but it was continous. I looked at the dash and it said loose gas cap.

I was on the freeway so I said I'd check it when I got off. I then started smelling gas which prompted me to look at the fuel gage and it was at 1/4 tank roughly. I was like who let's people rent a truck with a 1/4 tank of gas? I continued to my designation because I figured I has enough fuel to get where I had to go and back. The gas smell was getting stronger and I assumed it was something to do with the cap. My son who was with me got nauseous because of it so we just kept the windows down. When we arrived to our destination there were a few drops under the tank area. I couldn't see where it was coming from, but you couldn't definitely smell it was gas. The place I was at made me leave because of the smell. I went to fuel up what I used and most of it spilled on the ground. I pointed it out when I returned the truck and they gave me a discount but I truly feel I should have not paid at all as I didn't even get to load it. Also the driver door had to be slammed to shut properly and the back was dirty. Again the people I dealt with were great. It was the truck that was the issue. It literally cost me money in more ways than one and made my son sick. And I have to rent a truck next week also and I have to look somewhere else. It really sucks because I have been using uhaul over 25 years.

I would give less than 1 star if I could.. both employees were extremely rude.. made a reservation for a tow dolly, told the person on the phone that made the reservation we would be there before they close.. they said no problem.. we get here by 6:20p (40 minutes before they close)! They gave away the reservation saying that we were late and it automatically cancelled the reservation.. they refused to give names, manager name, corporate number and continued to be have a hostile attitude.

I recently had a tow hitch installed. The installers bent my heat shield which was rattling on my muffler. After 4 weeks, U-Haul finally reimbursed me for cost of the repairs to the damage they caused.

UPDATE: this update is for my second time using this U-Haul location on Benson Highway and Bravo Park, my first review is under a different email and it has 5 stars but this review gets 2 stars. The truck I was rented needs a tune-up, the rotors need to be checked, they sound like they may be warped, or perhaps the brake pads are warped, also, check the wheel bearings and the air and/or fuel filter. I do want to add that the customer service at this location was still friendly and professional.

More like a 10 star experience at this Bravo Park location. The Ina location is a completely different story. But here at Benson Highway Bravo Park location is all courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. Thank you! 1-4-2025

First month was supposed to be free was charged. Spoke with someone at U-Haul was supposed to receive a call. Never did. Went there to move some items back door was not functioning properly, could not be secured properly. Inside was 90+ degrees. Which is not climate controlled. Moved my stuff out due to the security issues. Went back to return my key card. Storage was 95 degrees. Not great. You are charging for climate control it should be climate controlled. Spoke with someone about the issues. Was met with a shrug. Do not recommend.
