My first mistake was eating at a place with a pig on the sign, but it is Down South and my aunt wanted to dine there. However, while on my first plate from the buffet someone had the bright idea to clean the windows with Windex, causing me to become nauseated. After regaining my composure, I kindly requested a refund due to my appetite being ruined by chemical scent. Emily not only refused to give the name of her manager she refused to give me a refund as well. Asking why Windex would make me throw up as if it is appropriate to clean windows while patrons are dining.
Management has policy signage hanging regarding the 3.99% fee for credit card transactions, not seating incomplete parties, or more than 15 people, also there are two signs asking not to hold the doors open but nowhere was there a no refund policy posted. She stated I was being rude for even requesting my money back. Micro-aggression! I would not recommend this place due to the lack of concern for customer wellbeing and absence of empathy. We all know why just look at the other negative reviews and catch the common thread.

Had a great Thanksgiving day meal here. Great homemade food. Very nice inside, and the staff is amazing. Definitely will come back. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Woodstone is the best buffet I have ever had! The food and service is excellent. The staff is so friendly and sweet. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always so clean! The employees are always helping other guests when needed. The restaurant stays busy, so you know the food is awesome!

I was going to take a picture but as soon as I took a bite I couldn't stop eating. Y'all....when I'm in the area I'm definitely going back. Mac and cheese, corn, lima beans, chicken and rice, fried fish...baabbyy. sweet tea is phenomenal

I don't normally care for buffets, but Woodstone was impressive. The food was hot and delicious. The cabbage was some of the best I've had. It was a busy Saturday evening, but the staff was courteous and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Met a friend here for lunch. She recommended it as it was my first visit. It's a buffet featuring a southern cuisine. The BBQ is very good as are all the sides. I'd definitely visit again the next time I'm in Florence.

All around average not much to select from unless they have different food on different days but I was able to have almost everything on their buffet table on just 2 rounds going up. The food itself was good but it wasn't to die for honestly was disappointed with it but if you come here because you like what they serve and you know what they have be my guest.

Love everything! Great service, family atmosphere, delicious southern cooking with a side of hospitality! Suggest you try it, and if you don't prefer buffet I highly recommend getting a meat plate with 3 sides (of your choosing)

An amazing stop, hands down. Got here before the place was open and there was already a small line forming, so come expecting a crowd. Customer service was friendly and helpful to newcomers.

The whiting fish is nice and butter with an almost catfish-like breading, and was perfectly seasoned.

While the mash and gravy wasn't anything to write home about, they were a great "side dish"

Collards were amazing and the ribs were FALLING OFF OF THE BONE. The sauce felt like more of an afterthought, with the flavor leaning on a bold yet subtle sweetness. Almost as if it were brushed on at the tail end of the cooking process, BUT, that did not take away from the tenderness of those ribs. If your near 95, I recommend a stop here. I'll be back.

We stumbled upon this place off the BBQ TRAIL MAP at the welcome center and let me tell you that it was well worth getting off 95 south. Its not too far from the highway. The food was phenomenal and the peacb cobbler was the perfect happy ending. We decided to do the take out which on Sundays you are able to fill your container for $9.99 per lb. Oh and the ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. The staff was friendly, helpful and the place is immaculately clean. IT'S A MUST TO TRY!

My wife and I always enjoy Woodstone. Very typically, we go on Friday nights. The buffet is always hot and well stocked. Among our favorites are the chicken bog, the fish fry and the mashed potatoes and gravy.

My single favorite are the fried scallops. They are delicious! My wife favors the desserts. They’ve got an excellent banana cream pie pudding and pecan pie.

The restaurant is always incredibly clean and all of the staff there are extremely friendly. It’s good home cooking with a huge variety. Not to be missed!
